Grow your business through your people.
Most businesses cannot justify a full learning and development function. So we become yours. Training, employee development, recruitment and expert advice, with none of the headcount and none of the complexity.
The full offer
Everything a learning and development team would do
Use one part or all of it. Most clients start with one and end up using three. Same point of contact throughout.
Training & online learning
285 accredited and CPD courses covering compliance, health and safety, wellbeing and soft skills. Set up in days, tracked centrally, certificates issued automatically.
Browse the library → 02Employee development
Building the people you already have. Development pathways your team can see themselves on, from a first supervisor role through to senior leadership.
How it works → 03Recruitment & talent
Filling roles outright or bringing new people in to train. We scope the job, write the advert, screen for eligibility and shortlist.
Hire through us → 04Consultancy & advice
Workforce planning, skills gap analysis, levy strategy and funding reviews. Free advice for anyone who asks, paid consultancy when the work is bigger.
Talk it through → 05Apprenticeships
One route among several, and often the best value one. 141 standards, Level 2 to Level 7, no upper age limit, and your existing staff qualify too.
Search 141 standards → 06Community & social impact
Cohort programmes with councils, careers sessions in schools, and routes back into work for people who need more than a signposting service.
Partnership working →Who is actually behind it
You get a department, not a salesperson
The reason a small business can outsource this to us is that between us we have already held every job involved. That expertise comes with the relationship, not as an extra.
Former college principal
Knows how the funding and quality system works from the inside, because they ran one.
Apprenticeship director
Two decades of standards, providers, end point assessment and what actually gets learners through.
Recruitment specialist
Sourcing, screening and shortlisting, so you only spend time on people worth meeting.
Learning & development specialist
Designing development that changes how people work, rather than filling a training log.
Compliance & data specialist
Safeguarding, quality assurance, evidence and data protection. The part nobody enjoys until it goes wrong.

Track record
People. Potential. Progress.
Three things every client should be able to say afterwards: that was easier than expected, they knew their stuff, and they genuinely cared. That is the whole standard we hold ourselves to.
Genuinely independent
We do not deliver the training ourselves and we are not tied to any provider. That is what lets us recommend on quality alone.
Providers vetted
Due diligence completed on every provider we use, selected on Ofsted grade and achievement rates.
One point of contact
From first conversation to completion you deal with the same small team.
Funding changed on 1 August 2026
The sums are different now. In both directions.
Full government funding now covers apprentices aged 16 to 24, up from 16 to 21, and it applies whether or not you pay the levy. Even levy payers who have exhausted their funds pay nothing for that age group. The 25 percent co-investment rate only bites for apprentices aged 25 and over.
We build long-term relationships based on trust.
We keep it simple and focus on what works.
We deliver real outcomes that make a difference.
We care about people and the progress they make.
Start with a conversation
No cost, no obligation, no hard sell. We will tell you straight if an apprenticeship is not the right answer.
