There is not much about this system I have not seen from the inside.
And in 2026 I started this.
Nervous? Yes. Hard work? Loads. Worth it? Every day so far.
Here is why I did it.
I spent twenty years watching employers get pointed at whatever apprenticeship the provider happened to deliver. Not what fitted the business. What fitted the timetable.
I watched good people put on the wrong level.
I watched funding sit unspent because nobody explained it properly.
I watched businesses give up on the whole thing because the paperwork beat them.
None of that is necessary.
So CTP does not deliver the training. We are independent, and we are not tied to any provider.
That is the whole point of it. It means I can be honest with you about a provider. And it means I can tell you when an apprenticeship is not the right answer at all.
